Build

Build! This one was fun to do. I kept trying to work Legos into my idea but this felt better.

See the sheep? And the alligator?

Freeze

Originally for this prompt I drew a single snowman. Then as the days went on, I found more ways to turn the prompts into circles of one type or another. So I went back and changed the single snowman into seven.

I particularly like this one because I was able to make it into an odd number of snowmen. Usually my circles/mandalas/knots end up with even numbers.

This prompt was kind of unfair, however, because I’m in Texas, two weeks into fall, and it’s still in the 90’s. There is no freezing here.

Stay cool, you guys.

Mindless

I had a smart cat a few years ago.

Our current cat, although well-loved, is not a smart cat. We have a joke that whatever is happening, our cat is only thinking, “I’m a cat. I’m a cat. I’m a cat. Food.”

Dear Snowball happened to walk by while I was pondering what to draw for the “mindless” prompt, so here we are: an Inktober Ode to Snowball.

I predict we will see alot of brains today. I’m interested to see what else folks come up with.
